I'm human;A Homo sapiens sapien(based from what Sir Latayan told us), but one of the weirdest among the weird ones. I'm a guy, a male, or any identification you could label with an XY chromosome.But one of the most unique of the unique ones. I'm one of those half blood Asians mixed form different lines of races. But one of the most odd one from the odd ones. And, it seems that stress is becoming my vitamins, pollution has become my mineral, and depression and frustration became the foundation of my emotion. Bad luck always seems to be my companion.And I still have time to smile and laugh. I thank God for keeping me alive and kicking despite the fact that I haven't been in my real state lately. Thanks too, to those people who have no idea that they have been keeping me alive... No need to mention them. God knows who they are, and God knows what blessings to give them. Anyway, its hard to desribe myself from my point of view. All I can say is that I'm Mark. From the point of view of those people who knows me, I'm Mark, and from those people who knows me from iRC,I'm Von_draye.I can't let out my new me;but I can tell you my old me. From those days, I tend to describe myself as a LOOOP (Liberated, Open-Minded, Obnoxious[at times], Oblivious, Photographer). I also want other people to always smile or laugh that's why I tend to be a very jolly person with Towering Sense of Humor.I love my friends;I treasure them.I don't think them as human beings;I take them as gifts from God, meticulously wrapped. Almost, that's all you need to know of me.THat's all.

- just watched Sucker Punch - "Inception";but not dreams. it's fantasy. Husband Jeff Ricafrente bought a new house for his tablet! Last day for training, gonna miss my Wave 4! I'm proud of you guys!
- Didn't get enough rest, if the professor is worth it, even if I'm sick, I'll attend his/her class, but if the professor is like ours, unworthy to be called a professor nor a teacher, no thanks. I'm now with husband Jeff Ricafrente's family and gonna watch 2nd Philippine International Pyromusical Competition. Had a crazy dream: Harry Potter-HighSchool Musical MASH UP! Imagine Troy & Gabriella SINGING while fighting Bellatrix Lestrange!
- Yay! Last measure ko was 137lbs, I'm now at 146lbs = 67 Kilos! Plus, record breaking 135lbs squats and 120lbs for bench press. Yahoo!!
- Memo to ME: Don't stress myself emotionally and don't stay up too late. lack of sleep should be a no-no. Can't lift +10 pound weighs! Nearly fell! tSK! Embarrassing!
- A friend just left. You'll always be remembered Sherman Tam. Be our guiding star, our angel and our Sherman.
- 1st day with my trainer at Eclipse. For some reason, you work harder and get stronger with your trainer. I can't believe I can lift THAT heavy! I miss having this much body ache!
- gym after-shift- didn't happen, make Jeff Ricafrente happy-did happen, took a pic with Hayden Kho-didn't happen, shopping at A/X-did happen, watch Unstoppable- happened, gym at 12mn-happened. sleep-didn't happen, school- happening

- Last night k-G! 01,03,04,05 finally met. A while ago, I was able to lift +5 lbs on my dumbbell exercises, tomorrow, Mccphilippines Makati's retreat at Laguna. Now. it's just husband and houseband...
- is excited for his very Inexpensive Globe PLan exclusive for us employees! Can't believe added XLR8 in my "like" list because of my college classmate and happy that he found the settings for Davixz camera lights!
